• Develop end-to-end OES solution architectures spanning Omnivise-T3000, Omnivise applications, cybersecurity, AI & analytics, connectivity & edge, and fleet and plant optimization.
• Translate customer requirements into clear technical solution concepts, design principles, scope boundaries and implementation roadmaps.
• Act as the interface between customers, regional sales, product management, engineering, service and delivery teams.
• Shape technical and commercial solution concepts supporting bids, strategic opportunities and customer proposals.
• Drive value-based solution design by linking customer KPIs to measurable business outcomes.
• Identify portfolio gaps and provide structured feedback into the OES roadmap.
• Support regional rollout and scaling of OES offerings across priority markets and customer segments.
• Represent Siemens Energy as a thought leader in digitalization, OT modernization and energy transformation.
• Proactively promote innovation, standardization, risk identification, cybersecurity awareness and safety management across OES customer solutions.

What You Bring  

• Degree/Diploma or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Digitalization, Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Strong experience in customer-facing solution architecture, pre-sales engineering, customer engineering or technical consulting.
• Deep understanding of power generation, industrial automation, OT environments or energy IT environments.
• Demonstrated experience in automation products such as Omnivise-T3000, WinCC OA and other SCADA and Digitalization solutions/ products for an OT environment. 
• Ability to bridge business requirements, technical implementation, product feasibility, service execution and commercial value.
• Experience supporting sales pursuits, proposals, executive customer discussions and cross-functional delivery alignment.
• Understanding of cybersecurity, cloud, edge, industrial connectivity and AI/analytics concepts would be an advantage.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and workshop facilitation skills.
• Willingness to travel upon need.
