A Snapshot of Your Day
Join our team as a Technical Sales Professional, where you’ll connect cutting-edge Substation technologies—such as AIS/GIS, protection & control, and automation—with customer needs. You’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle, turning technical insight into practical solutions that support lasting customer relationships.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Identify and prioritize opportunities across Utilities, IPPs, Industrials, EPCs, and Data Center customers while maintaining strong relationships and an accurate sales pipeline.
- Lead technical discussions—covering load growth, reliability, and standards (IEC/IEEE, PLN)—to design tailored AIS/GIS substation and automation solutions.
- Define bid strategies, ensure scope clarity and compliance, and coordinate inputs across Engineering, Projects, Procurement, and Finance teams.
- Manage commercial and technical negotiations, including terms, warranties, performance guarantees, and delivery milestones.
- Oversee internal approvals, secure contract awards, and ensure a seamless transition to project execution and delivery.
- Stay informed on regulatory updates, industry trends, and competitor activities while supporting presentations, FAT/SAT coordination, and lifecycle service opportunities.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Power Engineering, ideally with a focus on high‑voltage or substation systems.
- 5–8+ years of experience in substation engineering, proposals, or technical sales for AIS/GIS, protection & control, or grid automation solutions.
- Strong technical understanding of substation design, including HV equipment, protection relays, CT/VT sizing, coordination studies, and IEC 61850 integration.
- Proven commercial and tendering skills—cost analysis, margin management, risk assessment, and contract terms review.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales processes, supported by effective communication, collaboration, and data‑driven decision‑making skills.
- A proactive and curious mindset, with the ability to share knowledge, mentor team members, and stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies.
