Snapshot of your day

As a Student Worker in the Delegation Center, you'll support the Site Staffing & Planning team by assisting with delegation administration, personnel coordination, and data management for offshore wind construction projects. Working closely with the team, you'll help maintain accurate staffing information, prepare documentation, and contribute to the smooth execution of global workforce planning activities.


How you'll make an impact

  • Support the preparation, distribution, and filing of employee delegation documentation and related administrative tasks.
  • Assist with internal correspondence, information requests, and the coordination of delegation activities.
  • Maintain and organize team files and records to ensure documentation is accurate, current, and easily accessible.
  • Perform accurate data entry and updates in staffing, planning, and HR systems, ensuring high data quality.
  • Generate basic reports, update personnel and project information, and conduct routine data quality checks to identify and resolve inconsistencies.
  • Contribute to the efficient delivery of staffing and planning processes by supporting the team with administrative and coordination activities.
What you bring

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, with availability to work alongside your studies.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and SharePoint, with confidence working with data and digital tools.
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt quickly, and support continuous process improvements.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills in a collaborative environment.
  • Professional working proficiency in English.
