- Development and implementation of the technical strategy for BESS plant performance optimization, monitoring, analytics, digitalization, and condition-based maintenance
- Expansion of the service portfolio including LTSA offerings for BESS and market launch of these service solutions
- Identification of market opportunities, definition of market requirements, partnership development, product roadmap creation, and leadership of market introduction for digital BESS offerings
- Creation of digital services and solutions to enhance asset safety, predict maintenance needs, improve performance, and optimize lifecycle value
- Development of initial offerings and applications in coordination with cross-functional teams including I&C, software architecture, T3000 experts, tendering, and customers
- Configuration of customized customer solutions using state-of-the-art cybersecurity practices and coordination between customer needs, product development, and implementation
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, electrochemistry, power systems or a similar field
- At least 7 years of experience in the energy industry with focus on digitalization, performance, innovation and technology development
- Experience in product introduction of utility-scale performance optimization service offerings, condition monitoring analytics, digital services, simulation and digital-twin technologies for plant optimization
- Customer-facing capabilities for co-development of solutions with key customers on a global and local level
- Experience with Siemens Energy’s Omnivise platform or similar, with thorough understanding of functionality and architecture
- Understanding of stationary battery storage systems, performance guarantees, LTSAs, technologies and components including batteries, transformers, controls, monitoring, digitalization and power conversion systems
