A Snapshot of Your Day
Join us as a Release Delivery Manager (m/f/d) Transformer Monitoring, where you will be the central coordinating force driving the success of our release processes. Imagine guiding initiatives through meticulous planning, readiness checks, and approvals, ensuring that every release aligns with our strategic portfolio priorities. You will collaborate closely with development teams, validation, cybersecurity, architecture, and product management to prepare each release for deployment. Your role is pivotal in orchestrating cross-portfolio efforts, aligning stakeholders, and making clear decisions that enhance the strategic direction of the Transformer Digitalization Portfolio, ultimately delivering high-impact solutions for our customers.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Coordinate and oversee end-to-end release activities across the Transformer Digitalization Portfolio, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead structured planning cycles, readiness reviews, quality gates, and approval workflows for transparent release delivery.
- Facilitate strong alignment between development, validation, cybersecurity, architecture, commercialization, and product management teams.
- Apply Agile and SAFe principles to optimize release cadence, improve collaboration, and support iterative, value-based delivery.
- Promote continuous improvement by standardizing release processes and enhancing communication flows across teams.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in release management, program delivery, and multi-team coordination within digital or technology-driven environments.
- Strong skills in agile methodologies, including iterative delivery and structured prioritization.
- Familiarity with the SAFe Framework and experience in PI Planning and portfolio-level alignment.
- Excellent coordination, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholder groups effectively.
