Join Siemens Energy and step into a pivotal role where you drive complex, international gas turbine projects within the Oil & Gas segment. You’ll take full ownership from project handover to completion, leading cross-functional teams of 10–15 experts—including Commercial Project Managers, Lead Engineers, Purchasing, and Quality professionals. Every day, you coordinate multiple projects in parallel, navigating dynamic environments and collaborating with stakeholders across the globe. Your leadership, communication, and ability to manage complexity will be at the heart of delivering world-class solutions that support the energy transition. Regular reporting and alignment with local and regional management will keep you connected and empowered to make a real impact.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead and coordinate project execution, ensuring delivery meets contractual requirements, budget, schedule, and Siemens Energy standards.
• Build and manage your project team, taking initiative and ownership to drive results.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers, fostering trust through clear communication and effective project management.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and report regularly to local and regional management.

What You Bring

• Experience leading complex projects, ideally within the energy or industrial sector.
• Proven ability to work in project teams and take responsibility for outcomes.
• Strong leadership skills, remaining flexible, solution-oriented, and structured in demanding situations.
• Excellent communication skills and professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally as part of the role.

Our Gas Services division is dedicated to low-emission power generation, offering all gas turbines, steam turbines, and generators under one roof. The team drives decarbonization through modernization, digitalization, and innovative service offerings. We’re committed to creating sustainable solutions and supporting the energy transition.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
