A Snapshot of Your Day
Imagine supporting the EHS, Quality, and Security (EQS) team within the Procurement & Logistics department, where your contributions will directly impact quality management systems and data analysis. You’ll assist in maintaining Power BI dashboards, perform initial analyses on quality-related data, and provide administrative support for key quality tools. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn how quality management connects to broader business operations while balancing your studies with practical experience.

As a working student in our dynamic EQS team, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring the integrity of our quality systems and data handling processes, all while enjoying the flexibility to manage your studies.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Perform basic data analysis on Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Non-Conformance Cases (NCCs) to identify trends and patterns.
• Assist in creating regular ad-hoc reports and presentations based on quality data.
• Support the preparation of materials and documentation for internal quality meetings and audits.
• Provide administrative support for the Integrated Management System (IMS) Audit Tool, including data entry and user queries.
• Help maintain and update EQS Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dashboards in Power BI under the guidance of senior team members.
• Gather and consolidate data from various quality systems for analysis.

What You Bring

• Advanced knowledge within data tools like Power BI and Excel is essential for supporting KPI tracking and reporting activities.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both in writing and verbally.
• A proactive learning attitude and willingness to take initiative and accountability.
