If you want to be part of the very beginning of a corporate journey into Artificial Intelligence — this role is for you.
We are looking for a motivated and curious working student to help us explore how large languagemodels (LLMs) can be adopted and used meaningfully across a global organization.
You will work hands-on with prompt design, chatbot fine-tuning, and continuous content improvement. But more importantly, you will help us prove that AI alone does not create success — it’s the attention to detail, persistence, and thoughtful craftsmanship that turn technology into something truly valuable for people.


How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Design, test, and refine prompts for generative AI and LLM-based chatbots
  • Support fine-tuning and continuous improvement of model outputs through structured feedback and iteration
  • Collaborate with experts to align AI behavior with business language and user expectations
  • Analyze model performance and user feedback to identify improvement opportunities
  • Research and experiment with new LLM capabilities such as contextual memory, multilingual understanding, and role prompting
  • Ensure data quality, privacy, and accuracy in all AI-related work, prepare summaries, findings, and short demos for internal stakeholders

What You Bring
  • Enrolled student in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Cognitive Science, Business Informatics, or a related field
  • Strong personal interest in AI — you keep yourself informed about how LLMs work, the latest trends and real-world applications
  • First hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral or similar)
  • Structured, independent, and quality-focused working style
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in working with diverse stakeholders
  • Fluent in English; German is an advantage
