A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Working Student you’ll support strategic initiatives and people development while assisting Procurement with analysis, coordination, and daily operations – from HR processes to management support and workshop organization.

How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Supporting Procurement with specific in-depth analysis, fact-checks and proposals for improvement
  • Lead people development programs
  • Driving forward programs, projects and selected strategic initiatives
  • Creating documents for the management, management meetings and follow-up of meetings
  • Assisting with a wide variety of HR processes, such as onboarding/offboarding employees, time management
  • Supporting the procurement team with administrative and organizational topics, like travel booking, organizing workshops, creating purchase requisition
  • Maintaining SharePoint updates 

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Digitalization, Data Management, Engineering or other related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and adaptability, good time management and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a global and virtual team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Technical background and familiarity with a wide range of digital enterprise tools and platforms is preferred (e.g. SAP/ARIBA/Celonis/PowerBI/Alteryx/LLM & Machine Learning)
  • Prior experience in procurement is preferred, but a strong desire to learn and a passion for procurement are also encouraged to apply
  • Availability to work from our Bucharest office 3 days per week, with 2 days remote
