A Snapshot of Your Day


As a Field Service Immigration Partner you will ensure that all visa processes are met to enable Field Engineers to mobilise to projects on time. Also to ensure that the number of Valid Visas kept meets the KPI set to support planned and unplanned work. Providing visas on time for the Lincoln based Field Service Engineers as determined by the known & forecast workload. Maintain close collaboration with Resource Planners to ensure an effective level of support is provided to the business to achieve the required global mobilisations.


How You'll Make an Impact


  • Obtaining visas for Field Service Engineers on time.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure Field Engineers Passports are renewed and available.
  • Regularly report the progress of and supply status updates of visa applications in process to Resource Planners, Group Leaders, Senior Management, Customer Support Managers/Installation Support Managers and Project Managers.
  • Use VIS for internal management of visa application processes.
  • Clarify steps in the visa application processes or new documentation requirements where necessary.
  • Answer general queries from the Resource Planners regarding visa validity, timeframes etc. where the information is readily available.
  • Raising immigration regulation and visa application process queries to the Visa Coordinator, when questions are raised on current or new immigration processes by the Resource Planners, FS Group Leaders, the New Unit Business, Market Support and any other required business areas.
  • Keeping abreast of current affairs with regards to global immigration and political issues.


What Your Bring


  • Experience of working in a large corporate organisation which operates a Globally.
  • Awareness of Global Immigration and issues surrounding it, including working abroad.
  • Ability to work independently as well as a team member.
  • Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities, with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Experience managing internal customers, suppliers, managers, and colleagues.
  • Excellent attention to detail communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
