Imagine starting your day at our state-of-the-art upskilling center, where you’ll work closely with a dedicated team of trainers. Your mission is to prepare offshore wind technicians, especially those working with installation and completion activities, for success in the field. You’ll design and deliver hands-on and online training sessions focused on turbine installation, mechanical completion, troubleshooting, and core mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. These are the skills that ensure our turbines are installed safely, efficiently, and ready to support the global energy transition. How You’ll Make an Impact

• Deliver technical training programs with a strong focus on offshore turbine installation and completion activities
• Develop and update training materials to reflect the latest turbine installation procedures, technologies, and best practices
• Use computer simulation technology to deliver turbine blade installation trainings
• Support technicians in building logbooks and structured learning processes that enhance their on-site installation performance
• Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve training methods and reduce learning curves for installation teams
• Conduct training both at our center in Esbjerg and occasionally on-site at offshore wind farms

What You Bring

• Solid technical background in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
• Proven experience as a technician in the wind industry, with a strong preference for offshore installation work
• Previous hands-on experience with troubleshooting and completion activities on wind turbine systems
• Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
• Ability to work in a structured and organized manner while managing multiple tasks
• Fluent in English and willing to travel to sites to conduct trainings 1–2 times per quarter

Our upskilling center in Esbjerg is our hub of knowledge and innovation, supporting Siemens Gamesa’s offshore operations worldwide.
