A Snapshot of Your Day

 

Technical sales support of global Electrification, Automation and Digitalization business with specialty in Tank Terminal Automation and Management Systems and Solutions will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth by leveraging technical expertise to support the sales process within the energy sector.

This individual will work closely with global sales team, customers, and technical teams to understand customer needs, provide technical solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.

 

This role will require someone who is self-driven and structured with strong collaboration and communication skills. Experience in design, development and implementation of MES (Manufacturing Execution System) or Digital solutions is required.  

   

How You’ll Make an Impact

 
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify potential customers in the energy sector, understand their technical requirements, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our energy solutions to potential customers.
  • Work with customers to develop customized energy solutions that meet their specific needs, leveraging your technical knowledge and expertise.
  • Prepare detailed technical proposals, including cost estimates, project timelines, and technical specifications for energy projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internally within global and regional sales team, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact for technical inquiries and support.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in the energy sector to provide insights and recommendations for product development and sales strategy teams.
  • Provide training and support to customers and internal teams on the technical aspects of our energy solutions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product development, and marketing, to ensure alignment and successful execution of sales strategies.
   

What You Bring 

 
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Information Technology, Digitalization or a related field.
  • Experience in design, development, implementation or technical sales of Process Control, Automation Systems, Manufacturing Execution System (MES) or Digital solutions preferably in the Energy sector.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of energy solutions, energy storage and distribution, Oil & Gas or chemical industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop creative solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
  • Driving license- B category.
  • Very good English language skills.
