A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Technical Project Lead, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our team of Project Managers. You will interact with our customers, factories, and sub-suppliers to understand their needs and design solutions in collaboration with the Project Managers. You will be responsible for organizing various site activities in a practical and well-documented manner.

How You’ll Make an Impact

•  Provide support to Project Managers by understanding the technical requirements and objectives of each project. You will be responsible for reviewing and interpreting complex technical documentation (Engineering, Factory, and Quality, etc ) and for engineering specific aspects s.a. low-voltage cabinets. Additionally, you will follow up on high voltage solutions and work out technical solutions with different stakeholders.
•  Effectively plan site organization, prepare comprehensive Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) documentation and develop detailed Quality plans. Monitor the adherence to Quality gates throughout each project phase, ensuring the highest standards are met. Manage specific site-related issues with tact and precision.
•  Act as the central point of contact for coordinating activities with sub-suppliers, ensuring all parties are aligned and that project deliverables are met with utmost efficiency.
•  Offer direct support to Project Managers and assistants on an ad-hoc basis, providing timely assistance and solutions to emerging project needs.
•  Oversee the overall Capacity Planning by maintaining and updating the long-term capacity planning for all current projects, enabling proper resource allocation.

What You Bring 

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree level education.
• Technical skills in medium or high voltage electrical substations.
• Experience in project management or similar.
• Pro-active problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
