We are currently seeking a motivated, tech savvy talent acquisition professional to partner with business leaders to attract, source, assess, and hire the best people to meet the needs of the business. In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of recruiters, drive consistent recruiting practices, and ensure exceptional hiring manager and candidate experiences. How You’ll Make an Impact

·       Active partner with assigned Business Unit leadership teams, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners to gain a proven understanding of strategic objectives and job requirements.

·       Lead day-to-day execution for a team of recruiters, including workload allocation, prioritization, and coverage planning to meet hiring demand.

·       Drive the recruitment process to attain high quality talent and hiring manager engagement, including screening, interviewing and offer processing using the Avature Applicant Tracking System.

·       Establish a deep understanding in assigned specialty area including knowledge of the energy business, industry, markets, and associations.

·       Apply multiple creative techniques to proactively identify and attract passive talent through low cost/no cost sources such as professional networks (LinkedIn), employee referrals, and job postings.

·       Assess candidates by conducting phone screens and/or video interviews (live and on-demand), document feedback and ensure follow-up with hiring managers.

·       Promote inclusion at Siemens Energy by ensuring diverse candidate pools for all positions.

·       Coach and mentor recruiters through requisition strategy, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer processes; provide real-time feedback and share best practices.

·       Train and counsel hiring managers, HR Business Partners and other employees in the recruiting process including relevant systems.

·       Drive continuous improvement by identifying process opportunities, standardizing practices, and partnering with the broader TA organization to implement solutions.

What You Bring

·       Proven recruiting experience that includes team leadership preferably in Energy industry or experience working in multinational company. 

·       More than 2 years of experience leading, mentoring, or coaching recruiters (direct people leadership or informal/team lead responsibilities).

·       Experienced in sourcing and networking with candidates via multiple social media platforms and channels such as LinkedIn.

·       Experience building rapport and networking within the community, schools, organizations, etc.

·       You have proven experience working in a dynamic team environment, demonstrated success in establishing business relationships and a track record of excellent customer satisfaction.

·       Demonstrated ability to prioritize team workload, track recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, pipeline health), and drive accountability to service-level expectations.

·       You are tech savvy and experienced in using applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office suite.


About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
