This role provides hands-on experience in an international, fast-paced, project-driven environment where your work will directly support real business outcomes.

  • Contribute to improvement initiatives using Excel and Power BI
  • Handle administrative tasks, including invoicing, planned cost updates, and journal postings
  • Support recurring reporting tasks and help develop more structured ways of working

  • A strong analytical mindset and a structured, detail-oriented approach to work
  • Solid Excel and Power BI skills (including formulas and pivot tables)
  • The ability to communicate insights clearly, both in written reports and PowerPoint presentations
  • Comfort working independently while engaging with multiple stakeholders across Europe
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Curiosity, reliability, and a proactive approach to learning and taking ownership

About the Team

You will join a dedicated and highly collaborative Project Controlling team that plays an essential role in ensuring transparency, financial insight, and operational excellence across our projects. We work closely with project managers, engineers, and leadership teams to provide reliable analysis, challenge assumptions, and support data-driven decision-making.

Our team values accuracy, curiosity, and proactive communication. We pride ourselves on being a trusted partner to the business—from early project concept through execution and close-out. You’ll be part of a group that thrives on continuous improvement, shared knowledge, and strong team spirit.

As a team, we are motivated by:

  • Creating a clear and meaningful impact on project performance
  • Maintaining an open and supportive working culture
  • Continuous professional development and contributing to smarter ways of working
