A Snapshot of Your Day 

You will be responsible for developing, maintaining and improving our electrical protection solutions, daily, step by step.
Working closely with international cross-functional teams, 
project managers, engineers, and clients you will ensure that our systems and solutions meet or exceed customer requirements and standards.


How You’ll Make an Impact 

  • Develop and implement comprehensive portfolio strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the electrical systems industry
  • Define solution vision, strategy, and roadmap
  • Manage and prioritize solution roadmap, balancing short-term achievements with long-term vision.
  • Drive development and maintenance in collaboration with engineering teams to build high quality solutions
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.

What You Bring

  • Successful completed university studies in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in product management, engineering or a related role, with a proven track record of managing successful project or products.
  • Profound knowledge of protection systems, designs, components and related technologies
  • Profound Knowledge in Siemens, ABB, Schneider or other protection relays devices and the respective market
  • Familiarity with industry standards such as IEC.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to a variety of audiences.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
