We are looking for an experienced EHS Advisor to join our team, responsible for supporting Siemens Energy projects carried out in Poland and abroad in the areas of occupational safety and environmental protection. The person in this role will act as a key partner for project management and subcontractors, ensuring that all works comply with legal, business, and organizational requirements.


How You'll Make An Impact

  • Supporting Siemens Energy teams in the field of occupational health and safety and environmental protection at all stages of the project
  • Providing proactive EHS advisory, training, and assistance regarding legal, organizational, and client requirements. Cooperating with project management to ensure safe working conditions.
  • Regular inspection and evaluation of working conditions, monitoring compliance with OHS and environmental rules, and stopping work in case of non-compliances.
  • Promoting the ZERO HARM culture and initiating awareness raising activities and ensuring proper flow of information related to occupational safety and environmental protection within the project.
  • Escalating safety related issues that may impact compliance with legal or organizational requirements and participating in the development and review of project documentation related to OHS and environmental protection.
  • Identifying occupational hazards and ensuring risk assessments are conducted and updated. Participating in audits, inspections, and corrective actions. Supporting investigations of near misses and accidents and overseeing corrective measures.

What You Bring  

  • Qualifications required for performing OHS duties in accordance with Polish regulations. Higher technical education.
  • Communicative knowledge of Polish and English (spoken and written).
  • Knowledge of OHS and environmental protection regulations.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in an OHS team on construction sites (preferably in the energy sector) or in industry.
  • Strong communication, organizational, coaching, and leadership skills.
  • Readiness to work on assignment. Driving license (cat. B).
