As a Service Project Manager at Siemens Energy, you will be at the forefront of executing service orders for the compression fleet, driving meaningful projects that enhance operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Your role will involve strategic planning and coordination, ensuring that projects are delivered within scope, time, quality, and budget, thereby contributing significantly to Siemens Energy’s mission of sustainable energy solutions. How You’ll Make an Impact

• Execute compression service orders, including parts, repairs, field service, and complete outage projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Manage customer relationships during order execution, acting as their advocate within the organization and enhancing communication across service offerings.
• Organize and lead teams, define responsibilities, develop schedules, and allocate resources to address specific project challenges effectively.
• Extend service order management to the Middle Eastern region as needed, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve revenue, EBIT, on-time delivery, and project delivery targets, while driving client satisfaction and supporting cash collection.
• Collaborate with finance for accurate forecasting and coordinate with global teams to align service order execution with global standards.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or a related field, with 4-6 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry or with rotating equipment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills, with the ability to develop and implement strategic plans effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with project management and order management tools and concepts.
• Self-driven and adaptable, with a positive attitude and the ability to solve challenges collaboratively.
• Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce) and ERP software (e.g., SAP) is highly desirable, enhancing operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills, with strong leadership abilities to influence stakeholders and drive project success.
