A Snapshot of Your Day
Responsible for executing, maintaining and continuously optimizing service business operations to ensure efficiency, stability, and compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards. For project execution, ensuring adherence to internal and external EHS and quality standards as well as to project timeline and budget requirements. Support the implementation and promotion of new service portfolio to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction. 

How You’ll Make an Impact

Operational Excellence: Practice and optimize service processes, execute or establish standardized procedures, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to ensure efficient and stable operations.
Diagnostic service (DIAG TRF & GIS) order execution: 
  • Plan & execute assessments for transformers (TR) and gas-insulated switchgear (GIS), including data collection, diagnostics, and reporting. 
  • Apply standard methodologies for condition evaluation (e.g., visual inspection, test plans, parameter trending, and risk scoring). 
  • Develop technical assessment reports with findings, recommendations, and prioritized corrective actions. 
  • Maintain assessment records & dashboards to track fleet health, recurring issues, and improvement initiatives. 
  • Collaborate with engineering & quality to validate root causes and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA). 
Sitarm Dry localization, order execution and quality control 
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery for Sitram Dry systems, including scope definition, scheduling, resource planning, stakeholder alignment, order placement and delivery, equipment installation and commissioning.  
  • Own quality assurance—set inspection/test criteria, perform FAT/SAT witness, and ensure documentation completeness.  
  • Control project risks & changes through structured risk registers, change management, and contingency planning.  
  • Ensure compliance with technical standards, safety requirements, and acceptance criteria.  
  • Report progress & performance (timeline, cost, quality KPIs) to management and customers; drive on time, on-budget delivery.
What You Bring  
  • Above 5 years in a corresponding function with manufacturing in an international environment, in field service and equipment maintenance is a must. 
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, Master is a plus. 
  • Major in Engineering, Automation etc. 
  • Basic knowledge on manufacturing- and repair technologies. 
  • Good Verbal and written, communication skills in English 
  • Having worked in a different country is a plus. 
  • Knowledge of ISO standards and EHS compliance. 
  • Valid certification in the required business domain (e.g. engineering, project management, quality management) is preferred. 
  • Reminder to the candidate: Job may be subject to frequent travels to domestic destinations.
