A Snapshot of Your Day 

As part of our digital transformation journey, we are implementing SAP S/4HANA across our global operations. In your role as Service Capability Lead (f/m/d) within Transformation of Industry – Steam Turbines and Generators (TI STG), you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of processes related to our Service Business within our S4E Program.

You will serve as the strategic and operational authority for all service processes and tools across our business area. Your focus will be on driving the harmonization and standardization of service processes, ensuring alignment with Siemens Energy’s global key design decisions, and enabling a consistent, scalable service execution worldwide.

Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to ensure the successful delivery of SAP sales solutions that meet business requirements.


How You’ll Make an Impact 

  • Act as a peer to the Global Process Owner for Service, the S4E-TI Lead and team, and other Business Areas
  • Drive operational change related to the implementation of service processes within SAP
  • Manage Service capability across multiple rollout entities, understanding necessary organizational changes
  • Serve as the central spokesperson for Service Capabilities, providing deep insights into the TI STG Business Area
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure proper integration of project-related processes with other SAP modules and identify process improvement opportunities

What You Bring

  • Degree in business, technology, or a related field
  • Longstanding experience with end-to-end project processes and SAP-based service processes and tools
  • Ability to balance global standardization with local execution needs
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
