A Snapshot of Your Day

For our Competence Center for Electrification in Belgrade we are looking for a new team member for our electrical design team who will bring solid experience and knowledge of electrical systems (e.g. HV, MV, LV and AC/DC-Switchgear, batteries, Rectifiers, Inverters, DC-DC Converters, Diesel Generator, HV and LV Transformers, generator circuit breaker, protection, grid interfaces etc) and will help us develop and implement solution for Siemens Energy customers.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Proposal engineering: evaluation and commenting of customer specification, customers questionnaire, deviations, compilation of proposal documents, cost calculations
• Evaluation of EPC contract (customer specification, etc.)
• Preparation of the time schedule and supervision of target date, quality and costs for the electrical scope of works
• Responsibility for the design review process,
• Preparation of technical specifications and inquiry documentation
• Preparation of affiliated documents e.g. Single Line Diagram, Typical drawings
• Participation in engineering and optimization of interfaces
• Review of contractors engineering

What You Bring

• College degree, preferable within the field of power electrical engineering or equivalent combination of education and with proven experience of at least 5 years within electrical design (low / medium / high voltage equipment and systems) mainly in the energy or Oil&Gas industry
• An important requisite for this role is the Serbian Chamber of Engineers license for designing
• Detailed knowledge of products such as, HV, MV, LV and AC/DC-Switchgear, Batteries, Rectifiers, Inverters, DC-DC Converters, Diesel Generator, HV and LV transformers, generator circuit breaker, protection, grid interfaces etc.
• Practical knowledge of software’s like Comos and/or Eplan, AutoCAD software, ETAP.
• Customer focus: capability of changing perspectives and adapting strategies and actions to the multifaceted environment
• Intercultural sensitivity, in order to work for/in international teams
• Capability of multitasking, with excellent organizational skills while assuring a high-quality work process
• Proficient knowledge of Serbian and English, written and spoken
