A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Senior Tax Specialist, you will play a key role in the Nordic tax function, taking ownership of corporate tax compliance in Denmark while contributing to advisory projects and cross-border tax matters. You will oversee the entire Danish tax compliance process, from data collection and tax return preparation to managing audits and liaising with external consultants and tax authorities. You will work closely with Nordic and global tax teams, external advisors, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and provide valuable insights to support our business initiatives.  

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • You will manage and ensure full corporate tax compliance. 
  • You will execute quarterly and year-end tax closing processes, including the calculation of current and deferred tax provisions. 
  • You will coordinate and review tax compliance activities performed by external consultants to ensure accuracy and completeness. 
  • You will assist in the preparation and maintenance of local transfer pricing documentation and contribute to process improvement initiatives within the tax function. 
  • You will provide timely and proactive tax advice to senior management and internal business partners on various transactions and initiatives. 

What You Bring

  • You have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in tax compliance, preferably within a ‘Big 4’ firm or a large multinational corporation. 
  • Expertise in Danish tax law, preferably from an international environment 
  • Relevant academic background (e.g., cand.merc.jur, cand.merc.aud, or equivalent).  
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills 
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, as well as Danish or other Nordic language skills
  • A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to work independently and take ownership 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to develop and improve internal controls and processes.  

About the Team

Reporting to the Regional Head of Tax (Nordics and Baltics), you will join a collaborative tax team where knowledge sharing, and teamwork are central to how we operate.

You will play a key role in supporting our Danish tax matters while contributing to broader Nordic and Global initiatives and working with international teams and stakeholders.
