How You’ll Make an Impact - Drive high-impact strategic projects spanning across markets, strategy, politics, external positioning, infrastructure setup, and talent development
- Structure complex challenges across business, organizational, and operational dimensions
- Apply Artificial Intelligence to increase efficiency of processes and/or quality of outputs
- Develop and refine the Hub Europe strategy, ensuring alignment with global and business area priorities
- Partner with country organizations to define local market strategies and growth plans
- Identify and unlock unleveraged business potential across evolving markets, portfolio positioning, and business models
- Act as a connector between regions, functions, and business areas
- Analyze market trends, policy developments, and competitive dynamics across Europe
What You Bring- University degree in business, engineering, economics, or related field
- Long-standing years of experience in strategy consulting, strategy departments, or a related field
- Strong understanding of the energy sector and/or organizational transformation topics
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects and strong analytical, problem-solving skills paired with a hands-on mindset and very good stakeholder management skills
- Ideally experience in applying AI to increase efficiency and quality
- Fluency in English
