A Snapshot of Your Day

Join our Global Learning & Development Consulting Team, where your role as a Senior Consultant will be pivotal in fostering the personal and professional growth of Siemens Energy employees. Imagine collaborating with partners to identify organizational learning needs and crafting tailored training solutions that resonate with our diverse workforce. You will engage with vendors and internal partners to design, develop, and deploy impactful learning programs, all while promoting a vibrant learning culture within your assigned functions. Your expertise will help shape the future of our workforce, ensuring that we unleash the full potential of our people.


How You’ll Make an Impact

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and develop customized solutions using the Global Learning Operating Framework.

• Support the design and delivery of training programs, applying instructional design methodologies and adult learning theories.

• Provide consultation on governance policies for learning, including compliance with German works council requirements and vendor management processes.

• Engage in the creation and development of Learning Academies, applying methodologies that incorporate experience, social learning, and training interventions.

• Monitor program effectiveness through course surveys and collaborator feedback, ensuring that learning solutions meet business objectives.


What You Bring

• Strong training and development expertise, with a solid understanding of adult learning principles and training design methodologies. 

• A minimum of 8 years of experience, working with business strategies and proposing successful L&D programs.

• Familiarity with various learning technologies, such as Learning Management Systems and e-learning platforms, is essential.

• You are fluent in English and have intermediate proficiency in German, enabling effective communication in a multicultural environment.

• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a business or HR-related field.


About the Team

You will be joining a team of 6 dedicated professionals within the Global Learning and Development Department. Our team is passionate about improving learning culture, where each member plays a crucial role in shaping the learning landscape at Siemens Energy. While you will engage closely with various stakeholders to understand their unique learning needs, you will also work independently with external partners to design and implement effective training solutions.
