- Guide strategic decision‑making through advanced analytics and structured methodologies
- Manage major global HR projects and programs
- Define reporting landscapes and oversee KPI governance and data‑driven operating mechanisms
- Drive global end‑to‑end process excellence, harmonization, and operational consistency
- Influence senior stakeholders and steer change and communication strategies to enable adoption
- Study degree in Business Administration, HR Management or equivalent
- Extensive experience in HR strategy, consulting, transformation, or large-scale program or project leadership
- Outstanding conceptual, analytical, and systems-thinking capabilities
- Expertise in HR governance, operating models, and enterprise process design
- Excellent influencing skills and ability to communicate with senior stakeholders with high degree of autonomy, resilience, and strategic judgment
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset
