As a Senior Consultant Market & Competitive Intelligence (f/m/d), you need to go with the tides and navigate our organization across the volatile market environment. In this regard, your day usually starts with a screening of the recent developments in the market segments within your responsibility and deriving implications for our company. Drive strategic growth and profitability through insightful analysis, collaborating with global and regional teams.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Responsibility for market modeling and related analysis of market, customer, and competitor landscapes with a focus on industrial decarbonization and process industries
  • Providing strategic insights for Siemens Energy Compression business and deriving recommendations for executive management, regions, and collaborators to ensure profitable growth aligned with decarbonization targets
  • Active engagement in the overall TI CP strategy process, business development, and marketing activities
  • Supervising strategic projects in close coordination with customers from various functions and regions in complex environments
  • Facilitation of clear decision-making and impactful outcomes through collaborative efforts
  • Commitment to driving initiatives that support sustainable growth and innovation in the energy sector

What You Bring

  • MBA or university degree in Engineering, Machine Construction, Economics, Business Administration, or a comparable field
  • Expert knowledge in Oil & Gas and other process industry applications
  • Structured approach with strong problem-solving skills in strategic, quantitative, and organizational assignments from a complete end-to-end perspective
  • Proven track record in project management and effective communication with colleagues at all levels in a large, complex, and global organization
  • International work experience, strong communication skills in English (and ideally German), and ability to persuade collaborators up to the board level
  • Great teammate with a can-do attitude, dedication to deadlines, ownership of assignments, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

electrification and efficiency are key and demand for green H2 and derivative fuels will rise.
