How You’ll Make an Impact

• Identify and target large projects, driving sales efforts to achieve ambitious targets. Ensure that design operations are performed in accordance with company procedures and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key collaborators, ensuring outstanding customer happiness.
• Support the sales process from prospecting to closing, providing technical consultancy and strategic direction.
• Provide technical support on DCS, ESD & F&G, and SCADA products, ensuring flawless execution of project-related activities. Advise on conceptual and technical architectural decisions, aligning with business expectations and ensuring program profitability.
• Define the Automation Program Business Plan, providing strategic direction and leadership.
• Collaborate with various teams to successfully implement technical solutions and support major pursuits and digital sales efforts.

What You Bring

• A bachelor's or master’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, particularly in the Oil & Gas and Chemical industry.
• Proven track record in handling large-scale projects, with expertise in portfolio lifecycle management.
• Strong background in technical consultancy and industrial automation.Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence key collaborators.
• Strategic problem solver with the ability to align program strategy with business objectives. Demonstrated ability to lead teams, providing strategic direction and ensuring project success.
• Willingness to travel as required, providing support to various projects across the region.
