A Snapshot of Your Day
This Sales Specialist role is being created to ensure business continuity and drive strategic growth within the Gas Services Sales Distributed division in Brazil. The position will be tasked with increasing market share and service penetration with key Gas Turbogenerator customers. To achieve these objectives, this role will concentrate on two primary areas: strategic account development and technical service sales. This involves building long-term relationships with designated high-potential clients and leveraging expert knowledge of the Gas Turbogenerators service business to identify and secure new opportunities. Given the focus on complex energy sector clients and long-cycle sales, the ideal candidate will be a recognized subject matter expert with extensive experience in selling services for Gas Turbogenerators. Key requirements include a proven ability to manage important accounts, develop strategic sales plans, and navigate complex technical and commercial negotiations with limited oversight.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Conduct market intelligence analysis to identify trends and requirements within the Brazilian Market.
- Prepare budgets and forecasts for the designated region, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Identify and communicate business growth opportunities and ongoing projects within the Brazilian Market.
- Collaborate with centres of competence and operations teams to develop and pursue new business opportunities at local, regional, and global levels.
- Maintain up-to-date records in Salesforce and other management systems, ensuring accurate tracking of opportunities and proposals.
- Lead the proposal preparation process, coordinating internal approvals and managing relationships with assigned accounts while adhering to EHS and Quality protocols.
What You Bring
- University Degree in engineering (electrical, control, electronics, mechanical or similar)
- Professional Experience (5 years) in Sales, desirable experience as Sales team manager
- Technical Knowledge Gas Turbines Siemens Energy Portfolio
- English at professional working profiency level. Other languages as Spanish/German are desirable
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of time
