The Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for aligning and driving business initiatives with both internal and external collaborators. You will contribute to the SE-wide Bid Target Landscape approach, defining and coordinating the implementation of BTL functionalities beneficial for EAD, and Business Development sales to optimize sales opportunities!

How You Will Make an Impact :

• Masterclass knowledge program coordinator on industry verticals process design and EAD combined offerings ensuring that all collaborators are well-equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills
• Develop methodology for strategic deals tracking, winning plan, capture plan, stakeholder management, use SFDC as framework
• Coordination between EAD and x-IMB on Project-/Opportunity level: define, implement and facilitate engagement process, alignment of opportunities, coordinate with BD and regions ensuring effective communication and collaboration
• Supervise sales and bid management aspects of PLM Master plan
• Implement and maintain sales governance processes to ensure compliance and efficiency in sales operations.
• Manage the sales and bid coordination facets of the PLM Master-plan and cooperate with the PLM tool landscape

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in strategy, sales, sales operations or sales enablement roles
• Experience in aligning and driving business initiatives with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in implementing and maintaining sales governance processes
• Strong coordination and communication skills to ensure seamless alignment between different teams and stakeholders
• Facilitation skills to equip internal teams and partners with necessary knowledge and skills
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Sales, Strategy, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
•  Fluent in English. German a plus
