How You’ll Make an Impact
1.在工厂管理层和PD总部指导下规划和完善公司数字化发展的蓝图和路线图，建设全价值链信息透明和数据驱动决策的工厂。Planning the blueprint and roadmap for factory digitalization under the guidance of factory management team and PD headquarters, to create end-to-end value stream transparency and data driven decision-making factory.
2.数字化项目实施和开发：需要外部供应商开发的项目（如PM管理工具、计划工具、MES系统、S4E等）做好项目经理角色，识别项目要求、评价技术实现、管理项目进程、执行效果评价，后期进行升级维护；对于需要自我开发的项目（业务部门视需求提出、工厂仿真等）要亲自进行开发，构建数字化APP；开发各类API实现各种系统的互联互通。Digital Project Implementation: For projects development requiring external vendor, act as the project manager, identifying project requirements, evaluating technical feasibility, managing project progress, and conducting performance evaluations, followed by upgrades and maintenance. For projects requiring in-house development, personally undertake necessary development and editing, build digital apps, and achieve system interoperability.
3.数字化文化和能力建设：主持工厂的数据平民开发（如APA、简道云、IoT、Snowflake、Uipath、Python…）的学习培训；支持业务部门的精益数字化改进需求，梳理优化流程；指导工厂的数字化项目开发、交流、宣传。Enhancing Digital Culture and Competence Building in the Factory: Lead training sessions on data citizen development (such as APA, Jiandao Cloud, IoT, etc.) in the factory; support lean digital improvements in business departments; guide the development, communication, and promotion of digital projects in the factory.
4.数据挖掘和分析：在公司层面，针对各信息化系统（如SAP、MES、CAQ、IoT等）的结构化数据、各类不同格式（Word、Excel等）的非结构化数据，结合部门业务需求进行数据清洗、转换、提取，并进行可视化展示，挖掘数据背后的业务价值。特别对于生产领域，熟知业务逻辑的基础上，进行数据分析以便有效改进提升生产率。Data Mining and Analysis: in company level for structured data from various information systems and various formats of unstructured data, perform data cleaning, transformation, and extraction based on business requirements. Additionally, visualize the data to uncover the business value behind it. Especially in the production sector, conducting data analysis based on a thorough understanding of business logic in order to improve productivity.
5.参与PTC或总部的沟通和最佳实践分享，负责推进可借鉴项目的实施。Communication and Best Practice Sharing. Participate in communication with PTC or headquarters and share best practices, responsible for promoting the implementation of replicable projects.
What you bring
1.熟练掌握Python、Java开发和数据库使用，具有较强的后端开发能力，熟练掌握Git使用方法，具有基本网页前端开发经验或相关技术经历。Proficiency in Python, Java Development, and Database Usage: Strong backend development skills, proficient in using Git, and basic experience or related technical background in web frontend development.
2.具有数字化项目开发实施经验；具有2年以上制造型工厂智能制造工作经验优先。Experience in Digital Project Development and Implementation: Preferably with over 2 years of experience in smart manufacturing in a manufacturing plant.
3.具有数据挖掘和分析、数据可视化相关工作经验，会使用Alteryx、Tableau、Snowflake、Power BI, Mendix其中一项或几项者优先。Experience in Data Mining and Analysis, Data Visualization: Preferably familiar with tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, Snowflake, Power BI, Mendix.
4.本科及以上学历，计算机科学技术、软件工程、工业工程类优先。Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
5.良好的英语听说读写能力。Proficiency in English: Good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in English.
6.具有开放的思维，善于学习新技术。Open-mindedness and Learning Agility: Open to learning new technologies.
7.良好的团队合作精神。Team Spirit: Good team collaboration skills.
