SCM CAPEX procurement specialist

We are looking for an expert SCM CAPEX Procurement Specialist to join our team and manage equipment packages for a large-scale greenfield project.

Experience with capital expenditure (CAPEX) procurement, a strong understanding of project management.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead procurement activities for CAPEX equipment packages across the project lifecycle.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, and suppliers to define specifications and requirements.
• Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships, ensuring value for money and alignment with project timelines.
• Supervise and report on procurement performance, addressing issues and risks proactively.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and sustainability initiatives.
• Support the overall project goals in cost savings, efficiency, and sustainability.

What You Bring

Bachelor degree or equivalent experience. Major in International Business, Commerce, Engineering, Automation.

5+ years’ proven experience in procurement, specifically in CAPEX equipment.

Good command of English-speaking communication.

Previous experience working on large-scale greenfield projects is a strong advantage.

Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship skills.

Knowledge of procurement software and systems.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.
