A Snapshot of Your Day 

As an SAP FICO Business System Analyst at Siemens Energy, you will be part of a seasoned IT team dedicated to supporting the future of the energy market. Your role will involve providing regional consulting and governance for Finance and Controlling processes within Siemens Energy ERP ECC6 systems. You will work closely with solution providers to ensure smooth business operations and address issues and change requests. Additionally, you will drive process standardization in the S/4 HANA project for our regional systems and oversee the migration from ECC6.

How You’ll Make an Impact 

• Oversee IT providers for application maintenance and change requests in your functional area.
• Collaborate with business representatives to develop innovative process solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage demands, provide process consulting, and offer business support for ERP systems.
• Work with key business partners to develop requirements and functional specifications.
• Develop test cases and manage test activities.
• Collaborate with other application teams, Basis and Security teams, and the Service Desk team.

What You Bring 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Over 5 years in governance, demand management, and business support for IT-integrated processes in multinational environments.
• SAP Expertise: Strong background in configuring SAP FI and CO; deep knowledge of FI sub-modules (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO sub-modules (CCA, PCA, IO, PC, COPA), with integration across SAP modules in ECC and S/4 HANA.
• Expert in Brazil-specific localization and tax topics; experienced in managing external ERP providers.
• Proficient in agile, cross-functional environments and project management (scheduling, quality control, change communication).
• Fluent in English and Portuguese; basic Spanish is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
