Are you the next SAP Business Analyst Customer Service and Plant Maintenance (f/m/d) we are seeking to join our Center of Expertise for SAP? If you thrive on the challenges of constant change in our service business and the evolving demands on SAP processes, we want you on our Digital Core team! In this role, you will leverage your expert-level skills in SAP S/4 HANA modules, including the S4 Service Module, Plant Maintenance (PM), and Product & Process Governance (PPG). Additionally, familiarity with adjacent SAP R/3 modules, particularly Customer Service (CS), will be highly beneficial. How You’ll Make an Impact 

Support our company on our journey to SAP S/4 HANA:
  • Design and implement multiple end-to-end processes within the Service Capability, including interfaces to other systems in the Siemens Energy landscape (e.g., Sales Force, Teamcenter). Process design, test scripts creation, process demos, authorization set up.
  • Provide migration support within the SAP S/4 HANA project, coordinating integration topics with other modules and supporting discussions with SAP on business requirements. Support the newest SAP release upgrades to enhance the Service Management functionality.
Support our company using Product & Process Governance (PPG) for various SAP modules within SAP S/4 HANA:
  • Partner with key business contacts to understand business needs, converting them into functional requirements while managing global demand and providing process consulting.
  • Realize change requests as part of application or project enhancements, including the creation of concepts and solutions for data migration, change management, training, and documentation.
  • Coordinate and participate in regular meetings with our internal and external service provider. Support Design and Implementation of PPG for our Long Term Service business.
Sub Service owner in S4 Hana Operation Service module, in alignment with S/4 Unify template team:
  • Engage in global demand management and process consulting, partnering with key business contacts to translate business needs into functional requirements.
  • Coordinate and participate in regular meetings with internal and external service providers, realizing change requests and developing solutions for data migration, change management, training, and documentation.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Management Information Systems or equivalent experience.
  • Expert knowledge of S4 Service Module, SAP Plant Maintenance, Customer Service processes, and configuration in SAP, along with familiarity with SAP Addon Product & Process Governance (PPG).
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA, including the ability to read and functionally interpret CDS & ABAP code, and familiarity with key S/4HANA technologies such as SAPUI5/Fiori apps, FIORI Launchpad, OData APIs, CDS Views, Embedded Analytics, and the simplified data model.
  • Ability to meet business requirements through the standard solution used.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills, complemented by strong communication abilities with fluency in both English and German and good multi-tasking, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Personal qualifications should include being reliable, motivated, and eager to learn.
