You will be part of a global Finance & Controlling team, working closely together with our IT Managers in different South European Countries.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Collaborate with IT management and finance collaborators to ensure transparency on IT costs and support data-driven decision-making with clear financial mentorship.
• Drive budget and forecast planning for IT services and IT projects on a regional level, ensuring alignment with financial and operational objectives.
• Perform variance analysis between actuals, plans, and targets to monitor financial performance and support corrective actions.
• Ensure high-quality execution of financial closing cycles, meeting required standards and deadlines.
• Find opportunities for financial improvement and support related decisions to drive cost optimization across IT functions.
• Collaborate closely with IT Project Managers and Service Owners to drive process optimization, digitalization, and continuous improvements in accuracy and transparency.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of combined experience in accounting and finance, with proven experience as a Financial Controller in a project-based environment (no specific IT background required).
• Strong knowledge of controlling tools and instruments, with a proven understanding of accounting principles.
• Passionate about achieving results, with a strong emphasis on customer happiness and effective collaboration with business partners.
• Excellent presentation, reporting, and communication skills, with advanced proficiency in SAP and MS Office; knowledge of BI tools like Tableau is a plus.
• Proficient in English; German skills are a strong advantage.
