How You’ll Make an Impact

• Prepare internal reports and analyze key figures, focusing on deviations from plans or forecasts to support EAD management.
• Generate financial information for strategic decision-making, as requested by the Region VP and Head of Finance.
• Conduct analyses to identify trends and opportunities, effectively communicating results to senior management.
• Coordinate and manage budgeting, forecasting, and actual reporting for the region.
• Drive process optimization and digitalization initiatives to enhance cost transparency and accuracy.
• Ensure quality in reporting, compliance with corporate guidelines, and support the introduction of new reporting methods and procedures.

What You Bring

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance/Accounting, or a related field, with at least 10 years of relevant experience in Financial Analysis, Controlling, or Accounting.
• Demonstrate expertise in summarizing complex information into clear and concise business reports.
• Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft products (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis/visualization tools (e.g., SAC).
• Show a strong commitment to quality and transparency, complemented by excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Be a collaborative teammate with aspirations for mid-term leadership roles.
• Possess excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and a high degree of intercultural understanding.

Our Transformation of Industry division is decarbonizing the industrial sector. Increasing electrification and efficiency are key and demand for green H2 and derivative fuels will rise. We enable decarbonization of the industrial sector and the transition to sustainable processes, building on a strong industrial customer base, a global network, diverse technologies, and integrated execution capabilities.
