A Snapshot of Your Day

We are searching for a highly motivated and meticulous Regional Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the forecast submission process into EPM+ for the region, driving sophisticated analysis on business performance, and preparing materials for business reviews and budget presentations. This role requires a strong analytical approach, outstanding communication skills, and a devotion to improvement in execution and digitalization.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Coordinate the monthly financial closing and ensure that the reporting requirements are fulfilled for various countries within the Region Middle East, Asia Pacific.
  • Perform regular critical reviews of the Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss statements for each ARE in the region.
  • Advise the Operating Business on accounting issues and special transactions.
  • Support the implementation of new business specific accounting standards.
  • Perform and implement controls inline to Risk and Internal Control guidelines.
  • Support and assist in different projects like operational improvements within the accounting area, Service Regionalisation initiatives on localisation of parts at Naroda
  • Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Analyse financial performance and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial documents.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Monitor and control costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement cost management strategies.
  • Supervise and handle global cash flow to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
  • Be responsible for international accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
  • Optimize working capital and handle debt levels across different regions.
  • Collaborate with various departments to provide financial insights and support for business initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior management.

Provide support and maintain effective communication with internal and external partners, including local management, headquarters, auditors, and other departments

What You Bring

  • Undergraduate Degree or equivalent experience. B. Com in Commerce and Postgraduate Degree: Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA or equivalent experience in Finance
  • Shown experience in Accounting, Audit, or a similar field and financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Good knowledge of the SAP system, SAP Alteryx and proficiency in PowerBI, MS Excel, and MS Office.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific financial practices and regulations is a plus.
