Lead a team of accounting experts, managing issues, analyzing errors, and driving process improvements while ensuring timely and accurate month-end closing in compliance with IFRS and local GAAP. Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, actively listening to their needs and managing complex operational issues, while sharing best practices across teams. Serve as the go-to contact for accounting issues, guiding the team in resolving challenges and spearheading finance transformation projects for enhanced efficiency.

• Get ready to play a key role working with S/4 Hana, where you'll oversee month-end activities in Smartclose (Blackline), handle Fixed Assets tasks, perform account reconciliations with Blackline, and keep our General Ledger accounts in top shape! 
• Take the lead on exciting continuous improvement initiatives, champion finance transformation projects, and help standardize and automate processes across the organization.
• Oversee internal controls and play a crucial part in internal and external audits by delivering timely information and resolving auditor queries.
• Drive the implementation and documentation of new processes and procedures, making a real difference as we move forward!

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of General Ledger, Closing & Reporting Accounting & Finance Operations
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Team Leadership
• Extensive knowledge of accounting (General Ledger or related)
• +5 years in SAP-FI 
• You are open and communicative in nature as well as fluent English skills complete your profile
