As a Quality Inspector at Siemens Energy, you will engage with a dynamic team of professionals dedicated to upholding the highest quality standards in manufacturing processes. You will play a pivotal role in inspecting and approving materials, conducting critical evaluations of fabrication activities, and ensuring compliance with international standards, all while fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Your contributions will not only enhance product quality but also strengthen relationships with clients and suppliers, directly supporting Siemens Energy’s mission to deliver reliable and sustainable energy solutions.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Manage quality control throughout the production process, from raw materials to finished products.
• Inspect and approve incoming materials, conducting visual and dimensional inspections.
• Track and document all incoming materials in a centralized database.
• Conduct inspections of fabrication activities, including cutting, fit-ups, and final welds.
• Lead flushing and FAT activities for lube oil skids and compressor packages.
• Promote a safety culture on the shop floor and coordinate with the EHS team.

What You Bring

• Degree/diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with rotating and static equipment and proficiency in fabrication processes.
• Certifications in CSWIP 3.1, NDT Level II, and BGAS.
• Strong understanding of international quality standards (ASME, API, ASTM, EN) and Aramco standards.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specification

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
