Envision leading a dynamic team of Quality Inspectors across Spain, the UK, Ireland, and the US, driving excellence in offshore execution. As the Team Lead for our Inspection Team 2, you’ll report to the Head of Offshore Quality Control, steering your team towards achieving high standards in quality inspection and assurance. Your day will be filled with engaging stakeholders, building strong relationships, and fostering a culture of safety and quality. You’ll also have the chance to shine as an individual contributor, tackling improvement projects that elevate the Quality Management department!

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead and mentor a global team of quality inspectors, instilling a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Develop and implement robust quality control strategies to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct virtual meetings, offering support and guidance to your team.
• Travel to project sites to perform assessments and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project and site managers and engineers to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement.

What You Bring

• Experience in a leadership role, ideally within the wind power or renewable energy sector.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies.
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively lead virtual teams.
• Willingness to travel internationally for site visits and meetings (up to 50 days per year).
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

About the Team

Join a team committed to quality and safety in offshore execution. Our Quality Inspection department is composed of several Team Leads, Lead Trainers, coordinators, Quality Inspectors and Non-Conformance Coordinators, all dedicated to ensuring processes meet acceptance criteria. You’ll be part of a collaborative environment where building relationships and driving process optimizations are key. With experienced and dedicated colleagues across multiple countries, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to and lead impactful projects!
