A Snapshot of Your Day 

You will be leading a small project team and coordinating with key stakeholders, especially the regions (Siemens Energy in the Region) as your main customer, partners, manufacturers, supplies and contractors for high voltage system – switching products. 
In a project or a complex order, the Project Manager is accountable for the delivery of the assigned tasks and scope on schedule, within budget and at the required level of quality and EHS.
Evaluation of risks and its management to avoid negative impacts on the project are key activities for a successful execution, as well as managing changes in a systematic and controlled manner, assess their impact on project scope, schedule, budget and risks, as well as take appropriate measures.
In the Service team we are working every day to keep good working relationship between the project team and interfacing organizations.


How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Working with your project manager peers and ensure coordination with key stakeholders such as the regions, customer, partners, manufacturers, supplies and contractors.
  • Accountable for the delivery of the assigned offers and projects and deliverables of the project on schedule, within budget and at the required level of quality and EHS.
  • Ensure risks are proactively identified, assessed, and managed to avoid negative impacts on the project.
  • Manage scope changes in a systematic and controlled manner, assess their impact on the order scope, schedule, budget, and risks and take appropriate measures.
  • Ensures a good working relationship between the order, engineering and financial team and interfacing organizations.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor or Master in Electrical Engineering or a similar field
  • Experience within the electric power industry and knowledge of business issues associated with high voltage services, GIS and AIS is a plus
  • Relevant professional experience in project management in T&D service business.
  • Knowledge in Office, SAP and MS Project.
  • Willingness to learn, flexible and good communication skills are necessary to be good integrated in the team.
  • Project Management Certification would be a plus.
  • Excellent in English and German - both in writing and speaking
