• Responsibility for the success of the project and its results, including time, quality, and financial performance
• Management of an interdisciplinary and intercultural project team
• Representation of the project to all stakeholders
• Sharing of experience with the entire project management team to enhance business practices beyond the project scope

• Completed engineering, natural science or management degree 
• Experience in project management in powerplant or comparable projects, with a comprehensive understanding of commercial and contractual context
• Additional experience in turnkey projects is appreciated
• Experience in leading and managing teams; A Project Management Certification Degree (PM@Siemens or IPMA) 
• Very good written and spoken English, knowledge of German language is appreciated, additional language knowledges are of advantage
• Distinct entrepreneurial capabilities and strong communication skills, independent work ethic and team player capabilities
