How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Actively work with key account managers and customer contacts across a wide area of Noth America to constantly ensure the future outage calendar is up to date with the latest information and planned outage scopes.
  • Leverage existing customer relationships and form new relationships with applicable customer teams to gain insight into the timing of future outages.
  • Coordinate closely with internal sales, marketing and parts groups to use the information you have collected to help future forecast on revenue, parts, service and commodity needs.
  • Work with service engineering and technical planning groups to capture recommendations made during past outages to ensure they are captured in potential future outage plans.
  • Work with field operations teams on current and near-term outages to ensure date and scope changes are updated in the systems of record as close to real time as possible.
  • Work in ERP systems of record: SAP, Salesforce to input and update data.
  • Perform data-driven analysis of project workloads and resource levels to make strategic recommendations to operations leadership on forecasts, hiring, training and related needs.
