Siemens Energy is seeking a passionate Project Controller to join our team.  In this crucial role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the commercial success of our Grid Technology Service projects. You will provide Commercial Support across the Grid Technology Service organization and related sites in the UK, supporting the Grid Technology Service business and wider Operational teams with Commercial reports and data to drive decision making within the business, under the guidance of the Commercial lead.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Liaise with Project Managers and Commercial Project Managers to forecast project outcomes, manage financials, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Analyse forecast accuracy, track cost variations, and provide clear reports on cost-to-complete to ensure project budgets stay on track.
• Manage and drive financial reporting for assigned projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Compile and analyse project variation reports to identify trends and proactively manage project budgets.
• Implement and uphold cost control measures while identifying and managing risks in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation of daily tasks to enhance efficiency.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or a Master's/equivalent level qualification.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and intercultural skills to build strong stakeholder relationships.
• Strong commercial management expertise with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with SAP systems for financial analysis and reporting.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• English required; any Nordic language is a plus.
