A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Program Manager for the Competence Hub, you will drive key initiatives that shape the operational excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement of our organization. You will work independently on projects and programs, provide essential support to the CH Core Leadership Team, and contribute to standardized processes, digitalization initiatives, and organizational development across the Competence Hub.

This role is ideal for a structured, proactive professional who enjoys connecting people, managing complex workstreams, and turning ideas into impactful results.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Support the Location Leadership Framework (in-company management, team meetings, workshop organization).
• Support and coordinate implementation, development, and improvement projects within the Competence Hub.
• Contribute to resource and task planning, reporting, change management, quality control, and digitalization.
• Coordinate and facilitate regular alignment meetings between local leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Streamline CH-wide activities such as employee engagement, culture development, workshops, and events.
• Plan and manage projects and initiatives—defining milestones, prioritizing tasks, coordinating teams, and following up on deliverables and risks.
• Prepare status reports, presentations, and schedules for location events.
• Draft, improve, and standardize policies, processes, workflows, and reporting.
• Drive development of behavioral competencies (Digital Mindset, Learning Agility, Flexilience, etc.).
• Coordinate cross-functional actions to improve workflows, operational excellence, and digitalization (dashboards, headcount reporting).

 What You Bring

• University degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, ideally across multiple functions (support roles, program/project management).
• Strong understanding of corporate structures, operations, and reporting.
• Proven ability to manage internal projects without direct reporting lines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong decision-making skills and professional maturity.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and solid organizational capabilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and experience with digital tools (SAC, Alteryx).
