Despre rol
We’re building enterprise AI systems that transform how Siemens Energy manages billions in procurement spend. As AI Product Manager, you’ll own the complete product lifecycle—from identifying high-impact use cases to delivering production-ready ML solutions that drive measurable business value. This role requires a unique blend: strong product management fundamentals combined with genuine technical depth. You’ll define product strategy and roadmaps, but you’ll also engage in technical design discussions, evaluate architectural trade-offs, and work hands-on with engineering teams. You understand the technology well enough to challenge technical decisions, assess feasibility, and bridge the gap between what’s technically possible and what creates business impact.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Define and drive AI-powered procurement product roadmaps
- Guide products from concept through production launch
- Shape solution architectures with a Team of Data Scientists and Engineers (focus on RAG and Agentic AI solutions)
- Connect technical capabilities to business outcomes, calculate ROI, prioritize ruthlessly
- Translate business needs into technical requirements across Procurement, IT, and Leadership
- Define success metrics, monitoring frameworks, and optimize based on user feedback
- Lead agile ceremonies and align cross-functional teams
