A Snapshot of Your Day:
Will drive the Global Mobility team's strategic evolution towards independence, cost-efficiency, and technology-driven operations. This role is pivotal in spearheading significant process improvements by leveraging a strategic mindset and a deep understanding of data analytics to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The core focus is to apply a proven track record in AI, automation, and data analytics to re-engineer and transform business processes. This involves leading initiatives from concept to implementation, managing the full project lifecycle for innovative technology solutions, and ensuring that outcomes align with strategic business objectives. The candidate will translate complex business requirements into actionable technical plans and oversee their execution. The ideal candidate is a subject matter expert with an advanced university degree and a proven track record in applying AI, automation, and data analytics to transform business processes. The candidate should possess a strategic mindset, strong project management skills, and a foundational understanding of programming concepts, enabling to the bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Process Analysis and Transformation Strategy
- Analyze existing Global Mobility processes and workflows to identify opportunities for AI, automation, and data-driven improvements
- Design, develop optimized, scalable, and intelligent future-state processes, incorporating AI-powered use cases
- Lead process transformation initiatives from concept through implementation, ensuring alignment with strategic GM and business objectives
- Evaluate the impact of process and technological changes, establishing KPIs to monitor efficiency, adoption, and ROI
- Project & Change Management
- Manage the full lifecycle of process transformation projects, with a focus on the practical application of AI, automation, and data use cases
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and processes by stakeholders
- Act as a central point of contact for project status, risks, and dependencies
- Data-Driven Governance and Reporting
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact and effectiveness of process improvements and technology implementations.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and consolidated reports to provide leadership with data-driven insights on project status, operational performance, and financial impact.
- Implement and oversee governance frameworks to ensure all new processes and systems adhere to company policies, data privacy, and compliance standards.
What You Bring:
- Sound experience in managing process transformation projects in large-scale business environments
- Demonstrated success in applying AI, automation, and data analytics to solve complex business problems, preferably within an HR or Global Mobility context.
- Advanced university degree (Master's or equivalent) in Operational Excellence, Data Science, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field is strongly preferred
- Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt), Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Lean Specialist or similar certification
- Knowledge and expertise in Project and Process Management, Technical & Analytical Acumen (Data-Driven Process Design, AI/ Automation Application, Programming Know-How (e.g., Python, Stata, R), Data Visualization (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, Python)
- Interpersonal skills & Leadership attitude such as collaboration, stakeholder management
