As an Order Manager, you will be responsible for the execution and follow-up of spare parts orders for centrifugal and reciprocating compressors, from order registration to delivery, ensuring compliance with contractual commitments. You will ensure that objectives such as revenue targets and timely delivery of orders are achieved, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Handle and supervise the backlog of orders, challenging processes and resources to achieve objectives within scope, time, quality, budget, and safety constraints. Implement necessary measures to improve opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Serve as the primary contact for client communications, ensuring regular, proactive, and early communication in case of issues. Represent Siemens Energy to clients and clients to Siemens Energy, acting as the voice of the customer within the organization.
- Achieve revenue targets.
- Meet On Time Delivery (OTD) and Past Due Backlog (PDBL) targets.
- Drive and enhance client satisfaction.
What You Bring
- Master’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proven track record to work effectively as part of a team.
- Experience with SAP software.
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid model, combining remote work with time spent at one of our offices across Poland.
