A Snapshot of Your Day
The Operational Contract Manager is responsible for overseeing service and project management contracts that support Hub Americas. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with both internal and external partners. You will play a key role in advising on all aspects of the contract management process and will work closely with Procurement to ensure the successful delivery of essential services for Real Estate (RE) across the region.
This is a full-time position and may require occasional travel, up to 15%.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Coordinate and manage Facility Management and Project Management contracts valued up to €50M, ensuring alignment with business objectives and contract performance.
- Report critical metrics associated with suppliers for tactical contract management and provide data inputs for Hub AM budgets.
- Ensure daily adherence to security guidelines and align with Property Managers on new service initiatives prior to implementation.
- Collaborate with Procurement to negotiate local service contracts, and coordinate, control, and evaluate service and work delivery.
- Define contractual models with Real Estate partners, ensuring compliant tendering in coordination with Procurement, while aligning services, critical metrics, and end-user experience with Global and RE Americas standards.
- Deliver regular presentations to key partners and lead at least one NAM/LATAM resource to ensure strategic alignment and achievement of key performance metrics.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Procurement, Business Management, Real Estate, Finance or applicable field
- 7+ years of experience in corporate real estate with the capability of both advising projects and providing hands-on support
- 7+ years of experience in managing and coordinating internal and external customers
- Proven ability to independently manage and direct multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, consistently meeting deadlines while navigating complex challenges and collaborating with diverse teams and senior leadership.
- Strong communication skills in written and spoken English, with the ability to present technical and financial topics to varied audiences; sophisticated proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and a forward-thinking approach to drive continuous improvement.
- Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.

- Must be available to work extended hours and weekends when needed based on project needs; flexibility required
