A Snapshot of Your Day
You will begin your day by planning tasks using dashboards that display the business countries where service offers for GIS products need to be submitted. Your main focus will be on preparing and submitting high-quality offers according to established processes for global regional customers and partners, which will involve coordinating with various departments and regional customers. This role will require you to utilize your skills in handling multicultural interactions within a supportive and motivated team environment. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to learn and contribute your knowledge to streamline processes and tasks within the team.
How you’ll make an impact?
• Responsible for offer execution of Gas insulated switchgear service portfolio as per defined processes to support world-wide Hub/regions and direct customers.
• Coordinate and act as Interface with regional customer, internal departments, and suppliers and prepare and manage service offers independently.
• Focus on active communication with respective region/customer for offer status/submission timeline to meet tender/proposal deadline.
• Regularly follow up with respective regions to obtain order forecasts.
What you bring?
• Successful completion of a course in electrical OR mechanical engineering from Siemens Technical Academy or equivalent.
• Early professional experience in the Medium-/HV switchgear business, preferably in offer/-order execution or field services of GIS.
• Knowledge of SAP – SD Module and MS Office.
• Teamwork, communication skills, good time management.
• High willingness to learn, self-initiative, Independent and self-reliant way of working.
• Business fluent English, German is a plus
