A Snapshot of Your Day

In this role, you’ll work closely with global teams to drive industrial decarbonization through electrification, energy efficiency, and green hydrogen technologies. Your daily activities will support the transition to balanced processes, giving to Siemens Energy’s mission of redefining the industry.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Development of list of materials, assembly components and product structure in accordance with the manufacturing strategies for Turbo Machines and Motor Compressors and their auxiliaries
  • Development and technical monitoring via global engineering systems
  • Item registration in SAP
  • Product structure in SAP.
  • Engineering documentation and support for assembly, purchasing and quality.
  • Developing procedures for Gas Seal Panel per API 692
  • Developing Mineral Lube Oil systems per API 614
  • Leading documentation based on Brazilian OFF-SHORE market, not limited to.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering or related field, with 5+ years in control systems for compressors and rotating equipment.
  • Familiar with API 692, API 614, and standards for rotating machinery and manufacturing.
  • Skilled in reading P&IDs, electrical schematics, user documentation, and offshore installation standards.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Effective communicator (written and verbal), with shown collaboration in multi-functional and international settings.
  • Proficient in English; experience in the O&G sector and collaboration with US, Indian, and European teams.

Our Transformation of Industry division is decarbonizing the industrial sector. Growing electrification and efficiency are key and demand for green H2 and derivative fuels will rise. We enable decarbonization of the industrial sector and the transition to balanced processes, building on a strong industrial customer base, a global network, diverse technologies, and coordinated execution capabilities.
